In my opinion, as one matures, it becomes a crucial aspect to recognize that preparation exercises should present greater challenges than actual contests. This perspective is somewhat at odds with the NBA landscape, where one is compelled to adapt their pace to the demands of an extended campaign. Nonetheless, when it comes to defending against players like Luca and AR, the rigor of training sessions undoubtedly exceeds that of games.
