MacMahon remarked, "Adesanya can be rather impressionable, often preoccupied with the whispers surrounding him and constantly vocalizing the high expectations placed upon him. However, truth be told, the Heat were not viewed as a title contender at the beginning of the current season. In their pursuit of Giannis Antetokounmpo, they had essentially stripped their roster bare. While fans might be thrilled about this development, upon examining the current roster, it's challenging to label them as a ready-made championship team. The Heat are in for a long haul, with a minimum of another summer needed to fully assemble their championship puzzle."
